As long as I have known Robert Riddle, I have always thought he was genuinely strange (not like those girls at Urban Outfitters who attempt desperately to show that they are different). George R.R. Martin, Robert Jordan R.I.P, and Tim Burton because he's introverted and made it, though that may not be possible anymore these days.

Fantasy, Mystery/suspense, Smart Comedy.

Why do you like Harry Potter so much?
It's the characters that really get you. That and losing yourself in a better image of our own reality is great escapism. Why do my homework when I can read about dark wizards who share a common last name?

Favorite film style?
Style...that's a toughie. I'd have to say authentic. You can tell the difference between the art department (or any department, really) of Lord of the Rings as opposed to, let's say, Eragon.

Film or digital?
Film. Digital just hasn't made it yet. Digital is like an adult film star trying to go mainstream. No matter how well they're camouflaged in some bit roll, you're always gonna snigger and think, "I've seen you in countless other... supporting roles" I digress. Digital just doesn't have the depth or resilience to light exposure that film delivers, but it's like the little engine that could so perhaps one day.

Final Cut or Adobe Premiere?
Adobe Premiere? I think that's in the museum next to the Nagra exhibits.
